If the email doesn't arrive, chances are you signed up with SSO and will need to use one of these options to sign in. If you don't receive your password reset email, please allow up to 5 minutes and check one of these tabs in your gmail. Gmail users: Please note that if you are a gmail user and reset your password, it's very common for the password reset email to come into the social or promotions tab. If there is a pre-filled email, you can either try signing into this email, or backspace to erase the email and input the correct username. Please sign in with your username or email by tapping on "Sign in with email". If you didn't create a VSCO account with SSO, you will have created a VSCO account with an email or a phone number. If you sign into a VSCO account with an SSO but have now lost your Membership, please see our article My VSCO Membership subscription is missing. Tap on any of the SSO options (Google, Facebook, Apple, or Snapchat) to sign into your VSCO account. If you are attempting to sign in and can't reset your password, chances are that you signed up for a VSCO account with a SSO provider. We offer the option to sign in with Google, Facebook, Apple and SnapChat.
